How does it work?

Vision powers 90% of a driver's reaction time, yet glare from modern LED car headlights, rich in blue light, can impair contrast, cause eye strain, and slow responses. 

Blue light from headlights scatters in the eye, reducing contrast and creating halos, especially at night or in fog. This leads to:
